Shipping within Canada

 We apply a $9.99 CAD flat rate for each online order. As soon as we ship your order you will be sent a confirmation email with your shipment information including your Canada Post tracking number. Please note that letter sized packages (eg. A single tee) will be shipped without tracking numbers. Your tracking number can be used to track your package until it reaches its destination. Canada Post provides a downloadable App that lets you track your Silver Icing shipment from your mobile device. To download this App search for the free Canada Post App in your mobile device App store.

Shipping within the USA

Flat rate, $9.99 shipping applies to any sized order shipped within the US. Orders shipped within the US will not have tracking numbers associated them.

Shipping outside of North America

Flat rate, $9.99 shipping applies to any sized order shipped outside North America or to Mexico. If your shipping address is outside of North America, or in Mexico, you can take advantage of this low flat rate. Orders shipped outside North America will not have tracking numbers associated them.

What are your shipping rates?

Within Canada: $9.99
USA: $9.99 USD
Outside North America: $9.99 USD
Flat rate, $9.99 Canada Post shipping is provided if your shipping address is anywhere in Canada. A flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 will be applied if your delivery address is within the USA. $14.99 flat rate shipping applies if your shipping address is anywhere outside North America or in Mexico.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

After completing your online purchase you will receive an email showing when your products have been shipped. The confirmation email will include all of your shipment information and your shipment tracking number. Shipments can take anywhere from one to three weeks.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email containing your Canada Post Tracking Number. Visit www.canadapost.ca to track the package. Canada Post also provides a downloadable App that lets you track your Silver Icing shipment from your mobile device. How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has been mailed. This email will contain your Canada Post Tracking Number (if applicable). Very small packages will be shipped without tracking numbers.

What's the difference between 'Order Date' and 'Ship Date'?

Order Date is the date that your order was placed online for processing. Ship Date is the date that your order was shipped via Canada Post.

What about duties?

Customs import duties and destination dependent taxation will be the responsibility of the customer and the receiver of the shipment. Please check with your nation's customs office for tax and duty details if you are unsure.
