Received a piece that just isn't working for you?! No prob, here's how to return:

The details:
Returns and exchanges must be unwashed and unworn with all the original hangtags still attached
A copy of your packing slip/Invoice must accompany the product(s) in the return package with instructions on if you would like a refund or credit (assuming the option is available based on the return policy listed above)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Nu Bare Fashions Inc. does not accept COD shipments
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be refunded/credited
Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process a refund once they have received the information from us. A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until your card's next monthly billing cycle
All return postage costs must be covered by the customer
How to Return:
Have an account?
1. Sign In to your account online
2. Click on your ACCOUNT in the top menu
3. Retrieve your order by clicking on "view the orders I have made"
4. Click on the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return
5. Click the bolded "Need to return this product?" located next to the item you wish to return
6. Fill out the form and click confirm
7. You now have an RMA number which can be used to track your return
8. Make sure to include the original or a copy of your original invoice in your return package
9. Package everything up and ship it back to us!
10. Helpful hint: the flatter the package the more economical the shipping charge

2. Write instructions on the packing slip/invoice for if you would like a refund or credit (assuming the option is available based on the return policy above)
3. Package everything up and ship it back to us!

What if you sent me a faulty item?
Oops! We are so sorry! We process lots of orders every day and although we have high quality control standards the odd item can slip through. It's our fault so don't stress, all you need to do is Email us and we will make everything better, or at least try our hardest.
Can I exchange?
If you would prefer to exchange it's doable but there's risks! We can't process an exchange until we receive the returned item(s). There is a chance the item/size you have your heart set on will be sold out by the time your exchange is processed. If you're the gambling type, you can go ahead and write instructions for an exchange on the bottom of your packing slip/invoice that you include in your return package. We will try our hardest to make the exchange or contact you via email if there are any issues. If it's something you really want, it's best to re-purchase the item separately and we will issue you a refund for the returned item.
